Course information

The single lap 10K route is all on hardstanding and relatively flat. From the start, the course heads towards the coast and travels along Mumbles Road, where the course U turns and heads towards the Marina. The course is a beautiful scenic view of Swansea Marina and Swansea Coast.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. There will be a water refill station 1/2 around the course and a ScottishPower water refill station will be available to use at the finish.

Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.
