Course information

The Norwich 10k route is a mixture of pathways and grass and is relatively flat. A lovely, accessible course that’s perfect for all abilities.  The 10k route is a double lap of the 5k route, but there is plenty of room for passing.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. There will be a water refill station 1/2 around the course and a ScottishPower water refill station will be available to use at the finish.

Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.
