Accessibility

The majority of the route is on tarmac roads and pathways. However, there is a reasonably steep short hill section on Cow Lane next to the allotments and a gentle incline around Royal Victoria Park so wheelchair users may require assistance.

Within Royal Victoria Park and Royal Crescent there are some mild inclines along some grass sections of the route. The Course has an overall ascent of 88m throughout the full 10k course.

We aim for maximum accessibility at our events. Our contact centre and on-site team are ready to assist with any needs or questions you may have.

Additional Support request badges are available, and our Event Managers are trained Dementia Friends.
