Everyone has a reason to Race for Life. Enter now and raise money for life-saving research. Together we will beat cancer.
About the 5k event

The original and most popular Race for Life event, the 5k is an entry-level distance and an achievable first challenge for most. At just over 3 miles it can take about an hour to complete on average, but there's no pressure to finish in a certain time. Walk, jog, run or make your way around the course however suits you to fund life-saving research.
On the day

While your entry fee covers the cost of your event, it's the money you raise that will fund vital research and see more people surviving cancer.

The majority of the route is on tarmac roads and pathways. However, there is a reasonably steep short hill section on Cow Lane next to the allotments and a gentle incline around Royal Victoria Park so wheelchair users may require assistance. Within Royal Victoria Park and Royal Crescent there are some mild inclines along some grass sections of the route. The Course has an overall ascent of 76m throughout the full 5K course.
Disabled/ accessibility parking available in Charlotte Street Car Park, Bath. There is no allocated drop of point for the event but we would suggest the Weston Road side of Royal Victoria Park to avoid the event road closures.
