Course information

The Middlesbrough route is a loop of the beautiful Stewart Park. The 5km route has been designed to take in all the attractions the park has to offer. You will pass all the lakes within the park, the Captain Cook Birthplace Museum, the animal enclosures, and the memorial gardens. The start and finish will be on grass and all of the obstacles will be on grass as close to the paths as possible.

There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up.  A Scottish Power water refill station will be available to use at the finish.

Please arrive 15 to 20 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel.  This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always match up with fitbits, strava and Apple watches.  Remember to follow the rout
