Course information

The start and finish is in the Grand Ring near Farmers Fayre.
The course takes in the whole of Stoneleigh Park and is on a mixture of tarmac paths and grass. Due to the nature of the venue, the route does involve some hills, lumps, bumps, twists and turns and all adds to the challenge and fun.
The 10K route is a double lap of the 5k route.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. There will be a water refill station half way around the course and a ScottishPower water refill station will be available to use at the finish.

Please arrive 30 to 45mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel.  This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always match up with fitbits, strava and Apple watches.

Accessibility

We aim to provide our supporters with as much information as possible so that they can make an informed choice based on their own specific needs.

Event Site: The start and finish areas are both on the same grass field with sand paths surrounding it. Course: Our recomendation is that this event is accessible for wheelchair users with assistance. The majority of the course is on well maintained paths with a 1km section on grass.  If the weather is poor the grass section may become unsuitable. In this instance Course Marshals will advise of an alternative route, this will reduce the distance by approx. 1km.

Carers are welcome free of charge.

If you require any further information on the accessibility of a Race for Life event, or wish to bring a carer/assistant to accompany you or if you need to bring a guide runner, please contact our Supporter Hotline on 0300 123 0770 or email us at raceforlife@cancer.org.uk
