The Belfast course takes you on a journey through the beautiful Stormont Estate. The route includes stunning views of the Carson Statue and Stormont Building when ascending Prince of Wales Avenue. The route then turns downhill before re-entering the event site. The route covers a mix of terrain including gravel pathways, road and grass. There is one steep incline as part of your challenge.
There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. A ScottishPower water refill station will be available to use at the finish.
Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.
The start and finish lines are situated in the car park up from the cricket pavilion at NICSSA Sport and Leisure (Car Park D).
If using what3words, enter ///invent.planet.venue in the free app, to find the exact starting point.
Event car parking is provided within the Stormont Estate and can be accessed via the Stoney Road entrance. All car parks are only a short walk to Car Park D where the start / finish area is placed. Stewards and signage will direct you on the day.
Disabled parking is available in the Pavilion car park for blue badge holders only.
The closest electric charging points are situated in the Stormont Hotel car park.
This event is suitable for wheelchair users with assistance, due to the steep gradient of Prince of Wales Avenue.
Please note that the majority of the course route is on hardstanding with only a small section on grass. If the grass section does become water logged then an alternative route can be used along hardstanding.
