Course information

The start and finish is on grass. The course is on pathways around Tilgate Lake & Nature Reserve. There's a few inclines, declines and uneven surfaces on the woodland paths. The 10K is a double lap of the 5K route.

Our courses are accurately measured with a measuring wheel, which may differ from GPS devices. Please follow the designated route closely to maintain the intended distance; cutting corners will affect your distance covered.
