Course information

The Aylesbury Race for Life takes in the picturesque grounds of Waddesdon Estate, at the half way mark you will see the manor in all it’s glory, before taking in the beautiful countryside views as you make your way back down.

There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. A ScottishPower water refill station will be available to use at the finish.

Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.

Parking

This course is suitable for wheelchair users but assistance may be required in some areas. With a change to the route for this year, the majority of the course is on tarmac paths.

For any spectators with wheelchairs who wish to access the start and finish area, there is blue badge parking about 150m from the event site. This area is on grass, so may get boggy in poor weather conditions.

If you require any further information on the accessibility of a Race for Life event or wish to bring a carer/assistant to accompany you or if you need to bring a guide runner, please contact our Supporter Hotline on 0300 123 0770 and press 1 when prompted (Opening hours are 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday) or email us at raceforlife@cancer.org.uk .
