The Walsall 3k course starts along the paths through the Victorian part of the Park, passing the new play area. The course then heads to the fields at the back of the venue, before heading back to the finish. The course is mainly flat on tarmac paths but some sections toward the end are on grass. It’s a great course for all abilities and it has a lovely atmosphere.
There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. You will be able to refill this at the refill station when you finish.
Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.
The start line is within the main field of the Arboretum.
