Course information

The 3k route is a single lap course around Woodbank Memorial Park. The terrain is a mixture of paths and grass, including a lap of the athletics track. Due to the course in Woodbank Memorial Park being partly on grass, it may be slightly muddy underfoot depending on recent weather conditions.

There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. You will be able to refill this at the refill station when you finish.

Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.
