Course information

The start is on the promenade/seafront opposite Steyne Gardens next to Worthing Pavilion Theatre.
The course is along the seafront following Marine Parade up on the promenade - it follows a single lap 10K Route.
The finish is located back on Steyne Gardens.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. There will be a water refill station 1/2 around the course and a Scottish Power water refill station will be available to use at the finish.

Please arrive 30 to 45mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel.  This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always match up with fitbits, Strava and Apple watches.  Remember to follow the route carefully and don't cut corners as that will alter the distance you cover!

Join forces or go solo

You can take part in any Race for Life event as an individual or a group to raise money for life-saving research. Walk, jog or run together in a group or go solo at your own pace, or lead the way as a Group Leader and get family, friends and colleagues involved! However you choose to take part, you’re helping to beat cancer.
