Course information

The 10k double lap course takes in a scenic route of the park. The terrain is a mixture of grass and paths and can be undulating in parts. The course is mainly flat paths however there are three inclines which you will go up twice. The route contains a small wooded section, and the event site is on grass. Please also be aware that it may be slightly muddy underfoot depending on recent weather conditions.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. There will be a water refill station 1/2 around the course and a ScottishPower water refill station will be available to use at the finish.

Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.

Be sun smart
