Course information

The Kingston and Kempton Park 10K course is a double lap on tarmac and is flat throughout, beginning inside the racetrack and following the inner path of the racecourse grounds. Small sections of the course travel over the racetrack itself resulting in slightly uneven ground around this area.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. There will be a water refill station 1/2 around the course and a Scottish Power water refill station will be available to use at the finish.

Please arrive 30 to 45mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel.  This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always match up with fitbits, Strava and Apple watches.  Remember to follow the route carefully and don't cut corners as that will alter the distance you cover!
