Course information

The Middlesbrough route is a 5k loop of the beautiful Albert Park. The route begins next to the band stand and loops round the entire park before heading back to the event site, along the way passing the fountain, tennis courts and the Mirador Lower Lake.

Meeting point

The meeting point is the open grass area of Albert Park in front of the band stand. The entrance to the park on Park Road South provides easiest access to the start line.

There is limited parking available surrounding Albert Park and there are a limited number of disabled parking bays within the park itself. Please use public transport, walk or cycle to the event. Middlesbrough train station is a 24 minute walk from Albert Park and there are a number of bus services to the park. The Traveline North East website can help you plan your journey.
