The Race for Life 10k

10k (or just over six miles) may sound a little daunting, but it's not when you know you can do it at your own pace.

If you've taken part in one of our 5k events before and would like to give yourself more of a challenge, then take a look to see where your nearest 10k event is below. We all have a reason to Race for Life. Who will you Race for?

Why take part in a 10k?

The Race for Life is a totally non-competitive, pressure-free event that people of all ages and abilities take part in. We recommend our 3k or 5k events to anyone who hasn't taken part before, but if you'd prefer a 10k event then we'd love to have you on board.

How we're keeping you safe

As always at our events the health and safety of our participants, staff and volunteers is our top priority. We'll continue to monitor the situation closely and keep you updated with our planning, much of which will focus on how we deliver a safe event in the context of all necessary COVID-19 guidelines and precautions.

We're working proactively with our venues and suppliers to deliver a great experience on site.

Our events couldn't happen without our amazing volunteers.

We're always on the lookout for folks to help at our events. If you know any lovely people joining you on the day who can offer a spare pair of hands, why not make a day of it and volunteer together? You'll have a great time meeting our fabulous fundraisers and other volunteers, all while soaking up the event atmosphere. It'll be a day to remember!
