Please note, all children taking part must be at least 1.2m tall on day of event.
The meeting point is on the Night Pasture, just off Park Drive. Following Park Drive from the main entrance off Ashville Road, continue past the Visitor Centre. After a 5 minute walk, the Night Pasture is on your right. The finish line will also be within the similar vacinity.

There is no official Race for Life parking at the venue so please use the surrounding area and on-street parking. Please do park carefully and be considerate of the residents.
The nearest station is Birkenhead Park train station, which is less than a 5 minute walk from the venue.
The Wirral route takes a scenic route through Birkenhead Park. Featuring predominantly flat footpaths in amongst the obstacles, it gives some stunning views of the picturesque park.
There are a mixture of obstacles along the way including inflatables, climbing, crawling and mud!
All of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km. Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles for health and safety purposes.
Please bring a reusable water bottle with you if you require water during the event, as there will only be water available at the finish.
Please arrive 15 to 20minis before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time
Remember to bring a towel and change of clothes for the way home!
Although this course route is flat and mostly on pathways, unfortunately we would advise that our Pretty Muddy event is unsuitable for wheelchairs, mobility aids and pushchairs due to the nature of the obstacles.
If spectating, the event site is on grass, so those with accessibility issues may require assistance on the uneven surface.
Please be aware that in wet weather ground conditions on the grassed areas can deteriorate quickly.
