Race for Life Pretty Muddy is our brilliant 5k muddy obstacle course. Scramble over the A-frame. Crawl through the mud pit. Have fun with your friends. And raise valuable funds for life-saving research.

Course information

The Pretty Muddy Plymouth route follows pathways around Central Park, with woodland and open parkland sections. The route is steep in places and is a mixture of grass and pathways within the park. There are lots of opportunities for supporters to watch the fun at each obstacle and the whole event has a fantastic atmosphere.

Please arrive 15 to 20mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.

 

Meeting point

The start line is situated  close to the entrance of the Central park opposite the Plymouth Life Centre.

There is limited parking available at Milehouse Park & Ride car park, so we suggest car sharing or using public transport or nearby city centre car parks where possible.

Disabled & Accessible parking is also available at Milehouse Park & Ride car park.

Plymouth train station is a 20 minute walk to the event site.
