Clumber Park Pretty Muddy Kids
Saturday 27 Jun 2020
£10.00 Children | £0.00 Supervising Adult
Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids is our brilliant muddy obstacle course just for the little ones. They can take on the obstacles, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends, all the while helping raise valuable funds for life-saving research.
Please note, all children taking part must be at least 1.2m tall on day of event.
The meeting point for the Clumber Park Pretty Muddy is on the front field closest to the Visitor Centre, next to the lake
There will be free of charge parking available at the venue for all cars containing a Race For Life participant. For cars containing spectators only, the National Trust Clumber Park parking charge will be applicable on entry.
For all parking please follow brown signage from main roads and then yellow event signage and stewards directions on the day. Please note the car park is a 5-10 minute walk to the main event site so please arrive in plenty of time to get parked up and walk down to the event site before our stage activity begins.
The nearest train station is Worksop, which is around 10 minutes from the venue via car. There are very few public transport links to the venue, however parking is available at the event so please consider car sharing where possible.
The Clumber Park Pretty Muddy route is a fantastically rewarding course taking in some of the lovely parts of the Clumber Park estate. The route includes the occasional incline along a gradual slope of Limetree Avenue and is a mixture of paths and tarmac roads.
All of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km. Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.
Unfortunately this event is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the nature of the event
There are lots of fantastic viewing points where your family and friends can get a great view of you on the Pretty Muddy course all within a short walk of the start and finish line. You can make a day out of it at this lovely family friendly park, and don't forget to bring some spare change as there will be extra activities on site too.
