Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids is our brilliant muddy obstacle course just for the little ones. They can take on the obstacles, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends, all the while helping raise valuable funds for life-saving research.

Please note, all children taking part must be at least 1.2m tall on day of event.

Meeting point

The start line is in Coopers Field.  Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

The Cardiff route takes a scenic tour around the stunning Bute Park in the heart of the city of Cardiff following the River Taff into Blackwier and Pontcanna Fields. Lush grassy, flat terrain and such close proximity to the attractions of Cardiff Castle make this an exteremely popular event with a fantastic atmosphere.

All of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km. Obstacle layout will vary from venue to venue. Adults accompaying children will run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.
