Course information

Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Delamere Forest's scenic 3k out and back course features a mixture of terrain such as winding trails, and undulating woodland paths that incline and decline through the charming woodland. Delamere offers an invigorating route through its stunning shady oasis.

Due to parts of the course being in the forest, it may become slightly muddy underfoot depending on recent weather conditions.

Please bring a reusable water bottle with you if you require water during the event.

Be sun smart
Stay sun safe by finding shade when you’re not on the course and covering up with clothes, a hat and sunglasses. On parts you can’t cover, use sunscreen with at least SPF15 and a 4 or 5 star rating. Find out more about being sun smart.
