The Finsbury Park Race for Life takes place mainly on paths and the carriageway within the park. The course includes some areas of grass and some slight inclines and declines. The 10k route is a double lap of the 5k route.
Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
There will be a water refill station at approx. 5km and at the finish, but please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle as we will not have any plastic bottles at the event.
The meeting point is on the grass area alongside Seven Sisters Road, approximately half way between Finsbury Gate and Manor Gate entrances to the park.
If using what3words, enter ///happen.herds.bunny in the free app, to find the exact starting point.
There is no car parking available for this event, so we ask that you travel by public transport or on foot. Finsbury Park and Manor House stations are a 5-10 minute walk away from the start area. There are also numerous bus stops within a short walk of the start.
This course is wheelchair accessible with assistance only, due to a grassy incline on one section of the course and several grassy sections which could become boggy in the event of bad weather.
If you require any further information on the accessibility of a Race for Life event, or wish to bring a carer/helper to accompany you, please contact our Supporter Hotline on 0300 123 0770 and press 1 when prompted (opening hours are 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are delighted to welcome spectators to Race for Life so please do bring your family and friends along to cheer you on and support you on the day.
Please bring a filled water bottle with you to your event as we're proactively managing our impact on the environment. We will be removing single-use plastic bottles.
