The route explores the park, taking in the lake, local wildlife and providing beautiful views of Penshaw Monument and across the North East. The course is mainly on footpaths with a couple of hills along the way. The main event site is on grass so may be slightly muddy underfoot depending on recent weather. There are a mixture of obstacles along the way including inflatables, climbing, crawling and mud!
