The Hillingdon course is mainly flat and on grass. There are a few gentle slopes and some sections follow existing gravel paths which wind in and around the open fields of Hillingdon House Farm Sports Ground.

Please arrive 30 to 45mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

The meeting point for this event is in Hillingdon House Sports Ground located just off Park Road. The main event site is in the first field of the Sports Ground. There will be signage to direct you into the entrance when you get close to the event.

There is parking available at this event. The closest stations to this event are Uxbridge (1 mile) and Hillingdon Tube Station (1.4 miles) which are both accessible for wheelchairs,  along with bus routes outside the venue.

Please DO NOT try to park in Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex - follow signs for the dedicated Race for Life parking.

Unfortunately, this event has been classified as unsuitable for wheelchair users due to the nature of the terrain on the course route, this includes a grass event site and a large number of grassy stretches that can not be avoided on the course and which become very boggy in wet weather. People with visual impairments are welcome to take part with a guide.
