Course information

The Kingston and Kempton Park course is a single lap on tarmac and is flat throughout, beginning inside the racetrack and following the inner path of the racecourse grounds. Small sections of the course travel over the racetrack itself resulting in slightly uneven ground around this area. There are lots of fun and muddy obstacles along the way to get you ‘pretty muddy’. (All of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km. Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.)

Please arrive 15 to 20minis before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. You will be able to refill this at the refill station when you finish.
