Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
The Preston 5k course is a single lap route mostly on flat grass with the occasional slight incline. The route starts and finishes in the middle of the field. Due to the course being on grass, it may be slightly muddy underfoot depending on recent weather conditions.
Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.

The meeting point and start line can be found in the centre of Moor Park. The finish line will also be within a similar vicinity.

We are pleased to offer free event parking courtesy of Preston North End Football Club. The car park is located over the road from Moor Park on the A6063 Sir Tom Finney Way. Please take great care when crossing the road to and from the car park to Moor Park and allow time for parking. There is a 5 min walk from the Football Stadium car park to the event site.
The car park within Moor Park will be closed to participants with the exception of Blue Badge Holders.
Disabled parking is available within the parking at Moor Park. The event site is on grass and the route itself is on a mixture of path and grass terrain. Please bare this in mind for wheelchair and pram users as assistance may be needed in boggy weather, there is also a slight incline within the route.
