The Epping 10k route is a double lap course, mostly on tarmac around the perimeter of the airfield with a slight incline as you run back towards the main event site, which will be approached twice.
There will be a water station at around 5km into the course. Please bring your own bottle if you feel you will need more than this. The approach and exit from the water station will be on grass which can be uneven.
Please arrive 15 to 20minis before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time

The start line is by the grass area adjacent to the main airfield car park.

Access to North Weald Airfield is via Merlin Way. Please use the large gate at the bottom of Merlin A - Gate A, to access the airfield. There is plenty of car parking space at the airfield.
This event is suitable for wheelchairs as the 5k route is entirely on tarmac around the perimeter of the airfield, with a slight incline on the final stretch into the finish. Please note that the event site will be on grass as will the final stretch to the finish line. The paths used for the route can be uneven, so assistance may be required.
