The Cwmbran course takes a really scenic route around the park and sports fields. A large flat course, mainly on grass, it has an amazing atmosphere and is all wrapped up in the centre of Cwmbran with a great community spirit.

The 3K takes a U turn at the end of the path along the river and comes back up along the edge of the grounds, cutting through the rugby fields.

Please arrive 30 to 45mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
