The Sefton Park 5k route features flat tarmacked pathways, narrow pathways that incline and decline and areas that are covered by grass. Approximately 2km of the course is on grass and 3km of the course will be on pathways and hardstanding. We would recommend that this event is wheelchair accessible with assistance.
If spectating the event site, start, and finish line are all located on a grass field that is surrounded by tarmac pathways, and avenues. Please be aware that in wet weather ground conditions on the grassed areas can deteriorate quickly.
We are delighted to welcome spectators to Race for Life so please do bring your family and friends along to cheer you on and support you on the day.
