Distance: Pretty Muddy 5k
The Pretty Muddy Swansea route takes you on a scenic route through the popular Singleton Park. The route has a mixed terrain, scattered with obstacles, creating an exciting, adrenaline-fuelled and action packed event with a brilliant atmosphere.
Please arrive 15 to 20mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.
The start line is in the bottom field of Singleton Park to the left of the stone archway. Stewards and signs will signpost the way.

Please utilise public transport where you can. There is no specific event parking . Alternitvely please use city centre car parks.
Please park in the Recreation Ground Car Park and the surrounding area.
The bus station is located in the Quadrant Shopping Centre however buses run at various times on a Saturday. Please go to https://www.firstbus.co.uk/south-west-wales/routes-and-maps/swansea-services for timetables.
Swansea train station is a 30 minute walk away.

Whist this course is not accessible for wheelchair users given the nature of the obstacles, the event site is accessible. There are blue badge holder parking spaces available next to the botanical gardens, and the main event site has tarmac running adjacent to the finish line in case the grass is affected by wet weather.
