There will be no water available on the 5k route, other than at the finish, so please bring your own bottle if you feel you will need it.

Meeting point

The start line is on the south side of the park, behind the boating lake reception. Please arrive an hour before the start time.

Parking is available at Stanborough Park but please be aware that parking fees apply and cameras are in operation. Follow the instructions on the payment machines as to how to activate your Race for Life discounted parking rate. Parking is limited so please car share and use public transport where possible. There will be no parking available at the Police HQ car park this year

Vehicles will be unable to leave the north car park from 11am until 12pm, due to the road closure which is in place for the event. If you will need to leave before 12pm, please let the stewards know so they can direct you to alternative parking.
