Race for Life Pretty Muddy is our brilliant 5k muddy obstacle course. Scramble over the A-frame. Crawl through the mud pit. Have fun with your friends. And raise valuable funds for life-saving research.

Distance: Pretty Muddy 5k
The Guildford Pretty Muddy 5k route wraps around the beautiful Stoke Park with a variety of fun obstacles to challenge you along the way. The entire course is on grass.
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
The meeting point is in Stoke Park fields adjacent to Guildfordians Rugby Football Club.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.
Please note that there is no parking on the roads around Stoke Park or at Guildford Spectrum for the event. There is limited parking at the Northside field opposite Stoke Park, and at Allianz offices, which are a 10 minute walk away. As parking is limited, please use public transport or park in town centre car parks. London Road Train station is a 15 minute walk away.
As this is an obstacle event this is not suitable for wheelchair users.
