Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.
The Telford course follows the paved paths around the park with some parts taking place on grassy areas. The course is hilly in some areas.
Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

The start line is in the main outdoor event QE11 arena within Town Park, opposite the Visitor Centre.

Telford Town Park is about a 10-15 minute walk from the centre, so please allow time to get to the park before the start of the event. Please use the Town Centre car parks.

This course is suitable the majority of wheelchair users as the course is on well maintained paths in the grounds of Telford Town Park. Some parts of the course may need assistance.

We are delighted to welcome spectators to Race for Life so please do bring your family and friends along to cheer you on and support you on the day.
Please bring a filled water bottle with you to your event as we're proactively managing our impact on the environment. We will be removing single use plastic bottles.
