Course information
Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
The Rhyl 5k course heads out and back along the beach promenade with views out across the sea. This event offers an amazing atmosphere in a beautiful seafront location.
Meeting point
The meeting point, start, and finish line are all located within Rhyl Arena.

Event parking can be found at Rhyl Central Car Park, West Parade, Rhyl, LL18 1HD. This car park is only a 4 minute walk from the event site.
Public Transport: The nearest station is Rhyl station, only a 10 minute walk away from the Rhyl Arena.

The Rhyl course is deemed suitable for wheelchair users, as it is a predominantly flat route along the promenade . It is important to note that in some sections the course may narrow slightly and due to the event being on the seafront the course can accumulate sand.
If spectating, the event site, start and finish line are all on flat hardstanding.

We are delighted to welcome spectators to Race for Life so please do bring your family and friends along to cheer you on and support you on the day.
Please bring a filled water bottle with you to your event as we're proactively managing our impact on the environment. We will be removing single use plastic bottles.
