The Southampton course is mainly on tarmac paths or roads around The Common. The total ascent is 55m across the 10k and there is a slow incline around 2k & 6k. The 10k goes around the edge of the main event site on grass which can be uneven in places. Due to these elements we deem the route as suitable for wheelchair users with assistance.

There is no allocated drop off points but all roads around The Common are accessible during the event. Only Cemetry Road is closed including the car park there.
