Course information

The Southampton 3k Race for Life route starts on the main area of The Common, opposite the playground. It follows the tree lined paths of The Common, follows Cemetry Road and returns to the The Common to finish.

The 3k route is mostly the same as the 5k, with a diversion on route to shorten the distance. The surface is relatively flat and on tarmac throughout so is lovely and gentle.

Please arrive 30 to 45mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.
