Course information
The Folkestone route boasts beautiful sea views along the Leas, down zig zag path and onto the sea wall towards Sandgate. After turning at Sandgate, it finishes with a steep incline back up onto the Leas to challenge you.
Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. You will be able to refill this at the refill station when you finish.

The start is on The Leas, outside The Grand, Folkestone, CT20 2XL.

There is no specific parking for this event. Please use public transport where possible.
Please be aware that road closures will affect Cliff Road, Dixwell Road, Metropole Road West, Metropole East and The Leas from 10:00am-1:00pm.

This event is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the steep incline and decline from the Leas down to the seafront wall on the 10k route.
