Distance: 5k
The Folkestone route boasts beautiful sea views along The Leas. This flat course is perfect for everyone. If government guidelines at the time permit spectators to attend, this course offers great opportunities as there are plenty of viewing locations along the route.
The start is on The Leas, outside The Grand, Folkestone, CT20 2XL. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we’ll be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as/when needed.
There is no specific parking for this event. Please use public transport where possible.
There are road closures in place for this event affecting Cliff Road, Dixwell Road, Metropole Road West and Metropole Road East and The Leas.
This event is suitable for wheelchair users. The course is mainly on flat tarmac roads and paths. However please note that there is two short stretches of grass along The Leas that are inlcuded in the route so assistance may be required.
