Race for Life Pretty Muddy is our brilliant 5k muddy obstacle course. Scramble over the A-frame. Crawl through the mud pit. Have fun with your friends. And raise valuable funds for life-saving research.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.

The Pretty Muddy Ipswich route runs mostly around the showground and is moderately flat. The route is on a mixture of grass and paths with lots of obstacles.  There are no changing or showering facilities at this event so you may wish to bring an old towel or similar for the journey home. 

Please arrive 15 to 20mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time

The meeting point and start line is just to the left of the car park.

Please follow signs to Trinity Park and enter by the main entrance off the rounder belt. Follow signage and strewards directions and you will be parked ready for the event.

Supporter / spectator access

We are delighted to welcome spectators to Race for Life so please do bring your family and friends along to cheer you on and support you on the day.

Please bring a filled water bottle with you to your event as we're proactively managing our impact on the environment. We will be removing single-use plastic bottles.
