The St Albans route is an amazing journey through a piece of history. Hilly in places and fairly challenging, we set off by Westminster Lodge before traversing the open fields, enjoying splendid views of the Abbey.
There will be no water available on the 5k route, other than at the finish, so please bring your own bottle if you feel you will need it.
Please arrive 15 to 20minis before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time

The start line is in the field next to Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre.

St Albans Abbey station is just across the road from the park entrance and there are numerous bus routes operating around the city centre.
If you are arriving by car, you will not be allowed to use the car parks located within Verulamium Park. We recommend that you use the multi-storey car parks in St Albans city centre which are just a short walk away from the park itself.
