About Pretty Muddy

Pretty Muddy Kids in a pink circle icon
Pretty Muddy® Kids is a muddy obstacle course for children aged 6-12 (over 1.2m tall), held on the same day as our Pretty Muddy® events. The young fundraisers will climb, crawl and slide their way around the course at their own pace, accompanied by an adult who will run alongside them. The course is approximately 5k which is just over 3 miles, and there's no pressure to finish in a certain time.

Course information

The Glasgow Pretty Muddy course is a flat route around the picturesque Strathclyde Loch. Starting just by the Watersports Centre, the route heads up to the north end of the Loch before heading back down the eastern shores and finishes by the Sandy Beach and children’s playpark. There are a mixture of obstacles along the way including inflatables, climbing, crawling and mud!

Remember to bring a towel and change of clothes for the way home!

Please arrive 15 to 20mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

All of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km. Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.
