The Race for Life 10k

10k (or just over six miles) may sound a little daunting, but it's not when you know you can do it at your own pace.

If you've taken part in one of our 5k events before, and would like to try a longer route, or if you just think that 10k is a better distance for you, then take a look to see where your nearest 10k event is:

Why take part in a 10k?

The Race for Life is a totally non-competitive, pressure-free event that people of all ages and abilities take part in. We recommend our 5k events to anyone who hasn't taken part before, but if you'd prefer a 10k event then we'd love to have you on board.

Bring the whole family along!
