MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR RACE FOR LIFE DAY

Join forces or go solo
You can take part in any Race for Life event as an individual or a group to raise money for life-saving research. Walk, jog or run together in a group or go solo at your own pace. You could lead the way as a Group Leader and get family, friends and colleagues involved! However you choose to Race, you will be helping to beat cancer.
Make a day of it
Join us just before your event with an interactive warm up session before you begin your Race for Life. After you've completed the course, why not make a day of it and soak up the atmosphere in one of the picnic areas, or choose from one of the on-site food vendors.
10 kilometres is just over 6 miles and on average takes around 2 hours to complete depending on ability.
Our courses are measured using measuring wheels by our team of experienced Event Managers. Measuring wheels are the most accurate way of measuring course distances as they are not impacted by surrounding buildings or terrain, this is why the distance may be different from Garmin, Strava, Apple Watch & Fitbit technology.
