Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.
The meeting point and start line is on the front field closest to the Visitor Centre, next to the lake. The finish line will be within the similar vacinity but closer to the National Trusts own car park.
Please note there is limited to no phone signal within the park itself so it is advisable to arrange a meeting point prior.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.
There will be free of charge parking available at the venue for all Race For Life participants, so please have your running number ready to show at the gate on arrival.
For all event parking please follow Event Day Parking signs and Stewards directions on the day. Disabled parking is available here also, and Stewards will aim to park you in the closest corner to the event field. Please note Clumber Park is a large site and the car park is approximately a 10 minute walk to the main event site, so please arrive in plenty of time to get parked up and walk down before your start time.
There are very few public transport links to the venue, however parking is available at the event. The nearest train station is Worksop, which is around 10-15 minutes from the venue via car; and the closest bus stop is Piper Lane Lodge which is approximatley 30 minutes walk to the main event field.
We would advise that our 10k course may be unsuitable for wheelchairs, mobility aids and pushchairs due to the woodland terrain. The route is on a mixture of flat tarmac paths and through woodland paths which includes a few inclines, so anyone with accessibility issues would require assistance on the uneven and undulating sections.
The car park and event site is on grass with tarmac paths surrounding it. Disabled parking would still be recommended to follow Event Day Parking signs, and Stewards on the day will aim to park you in the closest corner to the event site. Please note this is a short, flat walk to the event site. The National Trust do also offer free parking for Carers or Companions with their Essential Companion Card - more information or to apply for a card can be found on their website here: https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/features/access-for-everyone

It’s a good idea to check the weather before your event and dress accordingly. Think breathable sports gear (leggings and shorts are ideal) and well-fitting trainers. For Pretty Muddy, wear something you don’t mind getting dirty.
