Course information
The Crystal Palace 3K course is a double lap mainly on tarmac, and runs in and around the grounds of the park. There is a small section that runs on grass up by the ruins, but can be avoided. It has a few small hills along the way but it is a lovely route. Oh, and watch out for the dinosaurs!
Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. You will be able to refill this at the refill station when you finish.
Meeting point
The meeting point is just down from the memorial bell in the main park.

There is no parking at this event - please use public transport where possible. The nearest train station is Crystal Palace or Penge West station, both a small walk from the event site.

Unfortunately, this event has been classified as unsuitable for wheelchair users due to the nature of the terrain on the course route. People with visual impairments are welcome to take part with a guide.
