Course information

The Eastbourne route is a lovely flat, two-lap course on grass and park tracks. With local supporters cheering you on, you are sure to have a great experience.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. There will be a water refill station 1/2 around the course and a ScottishPower water refill station will be available to use at the finish.

Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.

Meeting point

The meeting point is on the main field between the astroturf and the athletics track.

If using what3words, enter ///album.nurse.cute in the free app, to find the exact starting point.

Parking

The Eastbourne course is very flat and covers a wide variety of terrain. The majority of the route is on grass sports fields. There is a short section on tarmac and 2 kilometers on woodland paths which can be uneven with tree routes. With these factors in mind we suggest the Eastbourne course to be suitable for wheelchair users with assistance.
