Course information

This course is a single lap 3K with fantastic views of the welsh coastline.   Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Starting outside the Bandstand, the course heads towards the South Beach by following the pedestrian path along Marine Terrace. After doing a U-turn at the entrance of South Beach car park, the course continues along the road towards Constitution Hill, where the course does a U-turn to head to the finish.

Throughout the whole 3K the course has an overall ascent of 46m

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.
