Course information

This course is a single lap 5K with fantastic views of the welsh coastline.  Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Starting outside the Bandstand, the course heads towards the South bBach by following the pedestrian path along Marine Terrace. After doing a U-turn on the wooden pier, the course turns right to join the cycle path to head towards Maesyrafon Car Park where water will be provided. The course then heads back towards Marine Terrace to re join the welsh coastal views. Here the course continues along the road towards Constitution Hill, where the course does a U-turn to head to the finish.

Throughout the whole 5K the course has an overall ascent of 38m.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.
